  • At this time, GulfStream Marine Supplies, Miami ships merchandise to all locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    Combined Shipping: We will provide combined shipping if requested. Quotes are available.
    Pickup and drop off service may be available when ppecial arrangements are made.
    All stock is new stock unless specifically described otherwise
    Pictures are for illustration only and may vary from actual unit.

    Shipping costs are calculated by weight and dimension using USPS, UPS or Freight rate charts.
    We reserve the right to upgrade shipping to get the item to you faster - at no additional costs to you.

    Shipping Losses or Damages:

    • Check for hidden and obvious dames when accepting items. Refuse acceptance of damaged items

    • Notify Carrier of Loss/Damage

    • Notify Gulfstream Marine immediately of any damages.

    • Claims for shipping damages must be made at the time of receipt of the item.

    • Replacement item may be sent out or refund made for damages incurred in shipping (Proof of notification of Loss/Damage to Carrier will be required)

    • Failure to notify the Shipping Carrier at the time of delivery of any damages may void or delay settlement of any claims.



  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products.   • Return Policy

  • Returns Policy:
    Gulfstream Marine endeavors to make your shopping experience as simple and hassle free as possible. Therefore, if you wish to return an item, or entire order we will try make the procedure as simple as possible. Our returns policy is outlined below, however please email us if you have further questions or for instructions.

    If you receive the wrong item:

    • Notify Gulfstream Marine immediately.

    • Gulfstream Marine will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) together with shipping instructions.

    • Shipping costs for the return of qualified items will be covered by Gulfstream Marine.

    • Gulfstream Marine will ship the correct item at our expense, or refund your account the entire sale amount of the item if it is cannot be replaced.

    If you return a product that is deemed to have been either installed incorrectly or misused;

    • You will be responsible for all shipping to and from Gulfstream Marine and the manufacturer.

    • Gulfstream Marine will inform you that the merchandise is not resale able, therefore no refund will be made.

    • If you decide you would like the item returned to you upon your return request being refused, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

    If you receive a product and decide you do not want it for any reason:

    • New and resalable merchandise in its original packaging, may be returned.

    • Notify Gulfstream Marine immediately.

    • Gulfstream Marine will issue a RMA together with shipping instructions.

    • Shipping costs for all returns shall be the responsibility of the buyer.

    • Special orders or orders made to your specifications may not be returned.

    • Merchandise returned within 7 days of delivery, is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    • Merchandise returned after 7 days of delivery, is subject to a 40% restocking fee.

    • Merchandise returned without a RMA number shall not be processed by Gulfstream Marine.

    • Upon receiving returned item and inspection shows it is in resaleable condition your account will be credited or refund made for the original sale amount minus any shipping and restocking fees.
